Its inspired on a feeling I had earlier today (should I say yesterday) after talking to my little brother. He's not that little now, and neither am I, but sometimes I keep seeing him that way. Me, that knows him well. The original idea was to portrait an advise, or the act of advising. I think when one gives an advise is somthing like this, you put in his place and try to show the person that doesn't want (or can't) see ahead the path you'd take. It is not a certain path. It isn't even drawn. But it's a start. I guess by this moment you've already figured out I'm the guy with The anhdres Hat.
When I finished it was going to be named 'Everything's gonna be allright' cause he likes Bob Marley a lot. But then I stared at it for a moment and the Sting song 'Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot' started to form in my head. It was perfect. I strongly recommend to get it and listen while looking at this.
Hope you like it, it should've taken like 5 hours to be done. I was all the time fighting my hurry to see it finished. And thanks for your feedback on this. This one is specially personal.

i believe that this is my favorite of all your works.. and i would elaborate more the reasons i love it, but i can't, really. this piece gives me quite an indescribable feeling. it depicts a beautiful scene that you rendered beautifully.

i myself had two younger sisters that my mother gave up for adoption when they were five and six and are lost to me now; i think that may be a part of it.

regardless, a job very well done.. i love this. :+favlove:

I like that fact of having shocked your head in that way. It has a deep emotion to me too. Thank you for commenting it. Your story seems like a pretty sad one, but I think that loving them is a good thing if you manage someday to be togheter again.

I've never thought of a cartoon as beautiful before... there's a first time for everything. Great job, the detail in the reflecion on the water and just the deviantion as a whole looks great.
